Order Processing

HeyDude processes most orders within 1-3 business days after confirmed payment. Please be aware that processing times may extend during major holidays or special promotional sales.

Shipping Timeframe

After leaving HeyDude's facility, your package typically arrives within 12 business days in the United States. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary based on destination, customs hold-ups, or carrier operations. Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, transit disruptions, or national holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your order details and are displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

When your shipment is en route, HeyDude will send tracking information for your order. Please allow a brief grace period for carrier tracking systems to update after shipment.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. To request cancellation, contact HeyDude support promptly to avoid the order entering processing.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the package delivery date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
